Only thirty places available—please book in advance. COS members can obtain a discount (through Matt Stirk—Leeds Can). Run by Squire Stage Combat company, the morning will be spent learning physical stage combat techniques—weapons will be introduced in the afternoon session. Engage with other participants and make new friends. Be creative and physical in combining the benefits of sport and performance-based activity – a unique experience.
